Password Self Service
Empower end users to manage their own identities; reset passwords, unlock accounts, across multiple systems without helpdesk assistance
- Introduction
Every user has a personal profile within the system, providing the user with a way of logging in and managing their account, from editing personal information, changing passwords on more than one system, and completing their security details, needed to carry out any password self-service function such as password reset. This article covers the key components of the user profile page from the perspective of the end user.
- Navigate to the URL : https://selfservice.rsa.global/app/portal/ After login to the portal navigate to the My Accounts tab
Initial Setup
- User Portal – Provide your System login Username (along with below extension details) and system login Password.
(ie. For RSA Global users – example - [email protected] and
For Talke Users – [email protected])
- Profile Setup
When logging into this system you may be asked to record 3 security questions. This is required to rest the password in the later stage. So be care full and serious while setting the security questions. ( Note : 2 boxes below the question one for answer second one for confirm the answer - answer should be in minimum 5 letters)
Once profile has all security details completed, you can then begin using the password self-service features.
This article shows you how to reset your password
- Click the Reset Password option.
- Enter System login Username.
(ie. For RSA Global users – example - [email protected] and
For Talke Users – [email protected])
- Verify your Identity by answering the following security questions.
- Enter New Password
- Click Reset Password
