Solutions
User cannot sign-in to the application in pane view.
- Attached you will find a .reg file that will create a String AuthenticationMethod with the value rsaglobal under: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Templafy (that matches your authentication method subdomain on Templafy). Please run the .reg file on your machine
- Once done, end task for TemplafyDesktop.exe process and manually launch the app again
- Are you asked to log in or is the SSO performed seamlessly now?
Additionally, could you please check if this registry entry exists on your machine with the /autostart option? The location might vary from Current User to Local Machine depending on the deployment method and parameters used when installing the software.
