Solutions

User cannot sign-in to the application in pane view.


  1. Attached you will find a .reg file that will create a String AuthenticationMethod with the value rsaglobal under: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Templafy (that matches your authentication method subdomain on Templafy). Please run the .reg file on your machine
  2. Once done, end task for TemplafyDesktop.exe process and manually launch the app again
  3. Are you asked to log in or is the SSO performed seamlessly now?


Additionally, could you please check if this registry entry exists on your machine with the /autostart option? The location might vary from Current User to Local Machine depending on the deployment method and parameters used when installing the software.
